We point Lookout at ourselves first. Watch it climb.
This is Altitude’s own AI visibility, measured daily by the same agent we run for clients. No mockups: every number is copied straight from the monitor’s history log, dates included.

Every dot is a real daily run: 24 buyer questions, asked live to Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. A single AI answer is close to random, so the dots wobble; the solid line is the rolling 7-day average, and that is the signal. Lookout switched on July 17.

The vendors AI engines actually recommend in our own category, counted from the same daily runs. Two weeks ago Altitude sat 7th with 3 mentions. Lookout’s job is simple: keep this bar growing.
Every single day
Not a dashboard. A worker.
Ask
Every morning it asks the engines the questions your buyers ask: category, comparison, use-case, problem. 144 live answers a day, logged.
Measure
Named, cited, or absent, per question, per engine. Share of voice against every competitor the engines mention. A number that moves, daily.
Act
Then it does the work: publishes and refreshes the pages engines cite, fixes machine-readability, hunts citation opportunities, drafts answers where buyers are asking.
Report
One brief every morning: what moved, what it did, what needs you. Anything public waits for your one-word approval first.

You read one message a day. You approve public replies with one word. Everything else just happens.
Output, not opinions
What Lookout ships for you
The pages engines cite
Honest comparison and answer pages for the exact questions your buyers ask, kept fresh so engines keep citing them.
A machine-readable site
llms.txt, schema, crawl policy, agent-facts: the plumbing that decides whether engines can cite you at all.
Citations where it counts
It finds the directories, communities and listicles the engines actually pull from in your category, and drafts your way in.
A number you can manage
Daily visibility and share-of-voice per engine and per question. The first time AI search becomes a metric you can run a meeting on.
You approve every public word. Lookout queues anything outward-facing: a reply, a post, an outreach draft. Nothing ships under your name without your yes. That rule is in its constitution, not in a setting.
How it lands in your company
Built in a week. Climbing from day one.
Week 1
Baseline + build
We map the questions your buyers ask AI, run your baseline across engines, and stand up your Lookout with its daily loop.

It runs, you read
Morning brief with what moved, what it did, what needs you. Approvals in one word from Slack or Discord.
Always
You own the system
Code, question matrix, history, content: yours. Keep us running it, or take it in-house whenever you want.
Straight answers
What exactly is Lookout?
An autonomous agent we build and operate for your company. It measures your visibility in AI-engine answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) every day against the real questions buyers in your category ask, then executes the work that improves it: content the engines cite, machine-readability fixes, citation outreach drafts. You get a daily brief and approve anything public.
How fast do results show?
Honest answer: niche and long-tail questions can move in days to weeks, as our own chart shows. Head-on category questions (best X) are dominated by established names and take months of citations and content. We show you the same daily chart we use ourselves, so you always see exactly where you are.
Is this SEO?
It is the successor. AI engines synthesize answers from sources they trust, so the work overlaps with SEO (content, structure, authority) but the target is different: being the name in the answer, not a blue link on a results page. The industry calls it GEO, generative engine optimization. Lookout measures and optimizes for the answer directly.
Do I own it?
Yes. Like everything Altitude builds, the system is yours: the question matrix, the measurement history, the content, the code. Run it on your infrastructure or let us keep operating it for you.
See your own baseline, live, on the demo.
Twenty minutes. Bring your domain: we run the live check together, look at who owns your answers today, and show you exactly what your Lookout would do in week one.
